Create Card Expense

POST

/api/v0/partner/expense/card

Creates a card or wallet expense for an employee. The expense is stored as AUTO_CREATED and does not enter manager approval from this call.

Authority: CREATE_EXPENSE.

Headers: Authorization Bearer token, Accept application/json.

transactionId is stored as paymentIdentifier and is the key used to attach a receipt.

Calling again with the same transactionId and the same amount returns 400 Expense already created for this transaction.
