TnC Consent Information

We have introduced a feature to capture Terms & Conditions (T&C) acceptance on our end. Please note the following changes:
Changes Implemented
In the Create Wallet API, a field in the response:
partnerTncUrl
To redirect the user to the partner T&C page, you must send them to the following URL:
https://invoice-uat.enkash.in/partner/tnc?WID=base64encodedWalletId&at=base64encodedAccessToken&returnUrl=base64encodedReturnUrl
Replace base64encodedWalletId, base64encodedAccessToken, and base64encodedReturnUrl with their actual Base64‑encoded values.
If the user does not visit the T&C acceptance URL and instead navigates away to another application, then later opens the wallet again, you must prompt them to accept the T&C.
You can identify this requirement using the wallet details API response: if the field latestTncVersionAccepted is false, you must redirect the user to the T&C URL again by passing the current (new) access token, wallet ID, and return URL encoded in Base64.
For Production the base url will be https://home.enkash.com/partner/tnc and the query param you will have to add similarly added in UAT tnc url
Action Required:
You must pass the returnUrl as a parameter in the URL provided.
We will handle the T&C acceptance flow on our side.
After the user accepts the T&C or completes the minimum KYC verification, they will be redirected to the returnUrl provided by you.
This change has been implemented in accordance with the RBI co-branding guidelines, which mandate that user consent and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions must be obtained by the PPI issuer before wallet activation.
